For those who want to prepare their house themselves and just need basic how to suggestions....we will walk through the interior and exterior of the property and give verbal recommendations on how to best get your home ready to sell.


Suggestions may include:


  • What furniture to keep, remove or rearrange

  • De-cluttering advice

  • Paint color advice

  • Hardware and fixture replacement

  • Flooring updates.
